• Morning slot: 10am to 12pm

Delivery is charged by location at $13 outside of the Central Business District area and $18 for the Central Business District area (Areas within CBD include: Anson Road, Beach Road, Bras Basah, Cairnhill, Cecil Street, High Street, Marina, Middle Road, Orchard Road, Raffles Place, Sentosa, Shenton Way, Suntec City), in Singapore, except for restricted and offshore locations. 

We are able to provide same-day delivery if the flowers for your chosen design are in stock. For same-day orders, please contact us at 9784 2336. 

Please call us immediately at 9784 2336. If this is 1 day before the delivery date or the bouquet is still in our shop, we will be happy to sort it out for you and deliver the bouquet to the new address provided. The buyer may choose to pay another $10 for re-delivery if we were given the wrong address (please double check your delivery address) 

If the recipient or representative is not available to receive the delivery, we shall call you or your recipient for further instructions. If both parties cannot be contacted, the bouquet will be left with the reception (for office buildings) or at the door (for residential addresses), and we will not be responsible for any loss or damages in this situation. 

• Please select the preferred flower bouquet or items from our online store, and indicate the delivery time-slot (morning or afternoon) with the delivery address or for self-collection. 

• For urgent orders, customised arrangements or special flowers, please Whatsapp us at 9784 2336. 

Once we have received your payment, we will send you a message via Email to confirm your order.

We recommend 2 to 7 days in advance to place the order.

Yes. Please provide the message and it will be written on a small message card that is provided for the bouquet. 

• We only accept PayNow for online payments.

• You may also pay by cash or by QR code at our shop at Blk 19 Toh Yi Drive #01-119 S590019 for walk-in orders.

• A full refund will be processed for cancellations made at least 3 days in advance of your delivery or self-collection date.

• A 50% refund will be processed for cancellations made 2 days in advance of your delivery or self-collection date, as flowers would have already been ordered and purchased from suppliers by then. 

• For wedding flowers : a full refund will be processed for cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of your delivery or self-collection date.

• For wedding flowers: a 50% refund will be processed for cancellations made 6 days in advance of your delivery or self-collection date.

We will do our best to choose the best flowers and craft a beautiful bouquet for you. However, please kindly note that most flowers are seasonal and imported from various countries like the Netherlands, Africa, China, Taiwan, New Zealand and Malaysia, and therefore their shapes, sizes and color tones may not be exactly the same as shown in photos.
